Monthly stall prices and availability as of March 1st (for April 1st start) are as follows:

Upper – $70 (1 available)
Eye Level – $100 (2 available)
Middle – $95 (2 available)
Lower – $70 (available – see Extended Birthday Special below)
Island – $165 (waitlist)
Freestanding Clothes Rack – $110 (waitlist)
NEW: Full Bay (83cmx30cmx124cm) – 9 available

To be eligible to go on the waitlist, you must be in store (ie, start on an available stall, then go on the waitlist for your preferred)

Birthday Special! - Extended! (applications close 23/3/25 )

On the 1st of February, Evelyn’s Place turned one, and to celebrate, I offered a special on Upper and Lower shelves. I’m pleased to be able to extend this offer for those wishing to start as of April 1st.

If you submit your application before March 23rd (and are accepted), you can hire an Upper or Lower shelf for $150 for 3 months! That means your rental will be just $50 a month.

This is a great way to get in store, especially in time for the popular Mothers Day shopping period, Those in store by April will also be eligible to apply for the Evelyn’s Place Mother’s Day popup to be held at Lilydale Marketplace in May.

Shelf preference(Required)

I pride myself on having a large shelf spaces to truly showcase your products. With only 4 shelves in each bay, the top shelf is easily accessible for customers to reach your products, and each shelf has ample height to utilise risers, props and signage.

Multiple shelf discount

At Evelyn's Place we love supporting small businesses that support other small businesses. If you have been referred to Evelyn's Place by a stallholder who is currently in store, enter their business name here and you will both receive 50% off one month's rent (not eligible for those selecting the Birthday Special)
