Mugwort has been used for centuries to induce visionary, lucid and prophetic dreams. It is a gentle sleep aide and a luna herb that can help us cultivate deeper understanding of the Moon’s cycles, magic and mysteries.
Each pillow is handmade with cotton, lined with organic wool, and filled with Mugwort grown in my garden at home.
CARE INFO & INSTRUCTIONS:
Holding your Mugwort pillow, take a deep breath of its scent, and speak your intentions out loud, such as “I invite strong, lucid dreams into my sleep tonight” or “I remember my dreams with clarity and ease”, etc. Then place your Mugwort pillow on or under your own pillow while you sleep. Have a journal nearby so you can record your dreams in the morning.
To draw in some more of the Moon’s energy, consider leaving it out under a full moon for an hour or so. Spend some time Moon gazing yourself, too!
Over time, the scent of the Mugwort will naturally fade. You may consider adding a drop of an essential oil, such as lavender, bergamot or chamomile to freshen it up and invite another herbal ally into your dreaming space. If you are able to sew, you may like to cut it open, add some herbs of your own, and sew it shut again!
Do not wash or get wet, as it may encourage mold. When finished with it, you could cut it up and pop it in the compost.
