USE & DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Take 1-3 droppers full, 1-3 times daily either on its own, in a little water, or in a warm (not boiling) beverage such as chai, cacao or herbal tea. This elixir is particularly good with some mineral water on ice. Can also be used as part of a New Moon ritual. Dosage for children 3y+ is 1 dropper full 1-3x daily.
